During my stay, the room cleanliness was shocking. The bathroom was neglected, which made me uncomfortable throughout the nights. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns about the unclean conditions and did not offer any solutions or assistance.

A service experience to cherish

The staff showed incredible friendliness and were always willing to help when approached. The breakfast lady was particularly delightful, making mornings bright with warm meals and smiles.

However, our stay was marred by consistent issues with our room keys not working, requiring us to head to the front desk multiple times for replacements. The facility also felt a bit outdated.

what a lovely establishment with absolutely no ice machine on the 3rd floor, truly shocking! the staff was, as expected, completely useless when we sought help for the filthy room, which had a spoon and some mysterious clothes ? ! perhaps a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but alas I nearly wrote a good review, then remembered the biscuit tragedy at breakfast.

The breakfast experience was the highlight! The ladies prepared everything fresh right in front of us, which was impressive. Plus, it's pet-friendly, so my little dog enjoyed the stay too.

My kids wished for a cleaner bathroom.

The location was convenient as we wanted to visit the nearby Choctaw Casino, which was just a short drive away. The breakfast served in the morning was good, offering a nice variety of options that helped kickstart our day. Our room was clean and had the necessary amenities, although the bathroom light could use some attention. Overall, it was a decent stay that met our needs despite a couple of minor flaws.

Nice surprise

We chose this place for a quick getaway, and it turned out really nice. The staff was super attentive, even fixed the TV when it went on the fritz. Breakfast was way better than expected, with fresh options. Only bummer was the laundry room was closed during our stay.

I had a great time at this location. The hot breakfast was always delicious, and the ladies serving it provided a warm atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the helpful staff. Will definitely visit again! 😊
